The 18th edition of the CinemAsia Film Festival will take place from April 8–12, 2026, across Studio/K, Rialto De Pijp, and Eye Filmmuseum in Amsterdam.
Concept
As the world grows increasingly fragmented, the theme of CinemAsia, COMMONS reflects on how human connection can be rediscovered through empathy, shared experiences, and storytelling. The theme highlights the importance of finding common ground and bridging divides across cultures and communities.
The visual concept uses interwoven and fluidly shifting colours to express coexistence, collective belonging, and the sharing of common spaces and stories.
